Within a circle, the couplet ‘sekke zad dar jahān cho badr-e monir / shāh Aurangzēb-e ālamgir’ (‘Struck coins through the world like the shining moon, Shah Aurangzeb Alamgir’ in Persian); between the lines, ‘1102’ (in Persian). Rev. Within a circle, ‘zarb-e Borhanpur sane-ye 35 jolus-e meymanat maʾnus’ (‘Struck in Burhanpur, in the year 35 of the prosperous reign’ in Persian). KM 300.24. Sharp strike and lustrous.
